A customer who has concluded a distance (or off-premises) contract may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods.

The return processing time is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, to which a properly completed Goods Return Form was attached. In the case of incomplete completion of the form, this time shall be duly extended.

Please send the returned goods to the address: Slowianka Sp. z o.o., Myśliwska 50, 32-500 Balin. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The returned goods should be properly secured so that they are not damaged during transport. It is necessary to attach the Return Form to the shipment.

The returned goods should be intact and bear no signs of use.

The money is returned to the bank account, the number of which was provided in the Return Form, within 14 days from the date of positive consideration of the return.

Complaints shall not be considered, if:

- the products were used in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer's recommendations;

- the products have suffered any mechanical defects, e.g. due to a fall;

- the products bear traces of self-repair.

Products damaged in transport should be immediately reported to the e-mail address provided above, along with photos of the actual condition of the shipment and products.

A parcel with signs of damage must be opened in the presence of the carrier (does not apply to parcels sent by parcel locker).

Necessary data that must be included on the complaint form:

-First and last name and/or company name;

-Order/invoice/receipt or document number on the basis of which the customer received the product, e.g. WZ_R;

- Customer address: street with building number, city, postal code, telephone number, e-mail;

- Name of the advertised product, batch number (if applicable), defect - short description.

Complaints are considered within 14 days of receipt of a properly completed complaint document.
