RETURNS

Customers may return purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them. This right does not apply to digital content delivered electronically if it has been delivered before the end of the 14-day period and the customer has consented to its delivery within this period.

Returning goods requires completing an online form and securing the goods against damage. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The money will be refunded to the provided bank account within 14 days of acceptance of the return.

COMPLAINTS

Customers have the right to complain about goods that are inconsistent with the contract. Complaints may be submitted within 14 days of discovering the defect. This right covers both physical products and digital content or services, with exceptions specified in the regulations.
