• Baby boomer nail styling is initiated by preparing natural nails, which are then strengthened using flesh-coloured hybrid bases or creating artificial nails with cover products. The next step is matting and cleaning the nails of dust.

Recommendation: For best results in baby boomer styling using spray, it is recommended to use light shades of cover bases or builder gels.

• Apply a thin layer of colour from the LipGloss range from Slowianka Nail Trends, using translucent hybrids in flesh tones, onto the finished hybrid base or artificial nail. Match the colour to the base coat or gel used, applying precisely at the cuticles to create a perfect line.
• The hybrid spray is applied by holding the client's finger tilted back and at a 45° angle, spraying on the nail tip from a distance of 15-20 cm to control the saturation of the colour and its spray.

Recommendation: It is advisable to start the spray from a greater distance, concentrating on the middle part of the nail to achieve a smooth tonal transition. We then bring the spray closer to the tip, increasing the saturation of the colour. Holding the spray still, we only move the client's finger to evenly distribute the powder.

• Once the desired tonal transition and appropriate saturation is achieved on the nail tips, we wait 4 seconds for the powder to integrate with the wet hybrid, then place the nails under the lamp for 30 seconds.

Post-cure treatment options:

1. If you want a more subdued baby boomer look then dust off the tip gently and apply a very thin coat of colour from the LipGloss collection from Slowianka Nail Trends (the same one you sprayed Baby boomer Spray on from Slowianka Nail Trends) to the entire nail and cure under the lamp for 30 seconds. Apply a top coat of your choice and cure in a 48 watt LED lamp according to the instructions for the product. At the very end, gently file the front of the nails with a 240 file from Slowianka Nail Trends and then with a polishing block without disturbing the top structure. Apply Silk Repair Serum from Slowianka Nail Trends to the cuticles.
2. If you want a more intense baby boomer decoration, do not cover the nails with any colour, but apply the chosen top coat to the undusted nail and cure it according to the instructions. File the front of the nail with Slowianka Nail Trends 240 and finally apply Slowianka Nail Trends Cuticle Oil.
